The real problem

You don't need another plan. You need someone to decide.

Most runners we talk to aren't lazy or undertrained. They're carrying too many decisions — and every one of them is a chance to get it wrong.

A running plan from an app

It doesn't know your hip is flaring up, that you're travelling next week, or why any of it matters.

A lifting program from somewhere else

Written with no idea what your running week looks like, so you show up to your long run already cooked.

Rehab exercises off YouTube

Saved eight months ago for an injury nobody actually diagnosed. You're guessing whether they help.

None of it talks to each other. So every morning you're the one deciding what to do — and that's the thing that's actually holding you back.

What you get

Every decision handled by people who know your whole picture.

01

A program built for you — not pulled from a template

Running, strength, and mobility in one plan, periodized to your goal race and written around your real schedule, equipment, and travel.

02

A licensed physical therapist on your team

Stride and movement analysis first. Then rehab and strength programming designed around what your body actually needs — not generic runner exercises.

03

Weekly feedback and a monthly 1:1 call

Every workout reviewed — pace, heart rate, adherence — with the week ahead adjusted. Plus direct messaging access when something comes up.

04

Race day, handled

Pacing strategy, fueling plan, and logistics mapped out before you get to the start line. No wondering whether you went out too hard.

Proof

Real runners. Real results.

From first-time half marathoners to sub-3 marathoners. The gate is open at every level.

3:09:37

Set a PR at the 5K, 10K, 10-mile and half marathon — during her marathon. On roughly 40 miles a week.

Amy
−5:08

Took five minutes off her 5K in under five months, starting from the middle of the pack.

Isabella
−13:44

Nearly fourteen minutes off her half marathon in about seven months.

Abha
Pain-free

Back from hip surgery and three rounds of PT — now running faster than before the injury.

Mrin

"Honestly feel like I'm faster now than I was in high school cross country."

Avery

"It didn't feel hard until kilometer 40. My heart rate was in zone 2 for the first half."

Chris
In their words

Hear it from the athletes.

No scripts. Just runners talking about what changed.

Amy

From a 4:36 first marathon to 3:09 — and a PR at every distance along the way.

Avery

Came in skeptical and injured. Now running faster than she did in high school.

Ethan

On what it's like to finally train with certainty instead of guessing.

What happens next

Three steps. No pressure on any of them.

1

Book your call

Pick a time and answer a few questions about your running so we come prepared instead of starting from zero.

2

We map out your race

About an hour with Patrick, a coach on the Kinetic team, going through your goal, your history, what's gone wrong, and what a real plan would look like for you.

3

Decide if it's a fit

If we're the right team for you, we'll walk you through how it works. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

You'll leave the call with something either way. Even if you don't work with us, you'll have a clear read on what's been holding your training back and what to do about it.
Fit

Who this is built for.

This is for you if

  • You've got a goal race and want a plan built around it
  • You're stuck in an injury cycle nobody has actually solved
  • You've outgrown an app and want a human who adjusts and explains
  • You want to understand the why, not just be handed workouts
  • You'll commit to at least twelve weeks

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for the cheapest plan you can find
  • You want results without changing how you train
  • You need hands-on, in-person physical therapy right now
  • You're an elite or collegiate athlete needing that specific setup

About an hour with a Kinetic coach. We'll map out your goal race and tell you honestly whether we can help.

Before you book

Common questions.

It's a conversation about your running with Patrick, a coach on the Kinetic team. We'll ask about your goal, your history, and what's gone wrong. If coaching makes sense we'll explain how it works and what it costs. If it doesn't, we'll say so — we'd rather turn someone away than take on an athlete we can't help.

No. Our athletes range from first-time half marathoners to sub-3 marathoners. The common thread isn't pace — it's wanting someone else to own the plan so you can focus on executing it.

That's often the best time. Our Return to Run track starts with movement and stride analysis by a licensed physical therapist, then rebuilds strength and running in the right order. Several of our athletes came to us unable to run at all.

It's built around your schedule, not the other way around. We'll ask how many days you can train and what your week actually looks like, then write the plan to fit. Plenty of our athletes are running strong results on around forty miles a week.

No. Strength programming is written around the equipment you actually have — full gym, home setup, or minimal kit.

An app serves you a template and can't adapt when life happens. It doesn't know your hip is flaring up, that you're travelling, or why the workout exists. You get a team — a coach and a licensed PT — who adjust your plan and explain the reasoning.

It depends on the length of your block and how much support you want. We'll walk you through the options on the call once we understand your goal — there's no pressure to decide on the spot.

Your training lives in TrainingPeaks, so your runs, lifts, and mobility are on your phone each day. Communication runs through a private channel with your coach and the physical therapist, plus your 1:1 calls.

Stop guessing. Start executing.

About an hour to map out your goal race — no obligation either way.
